Easy Peasy Pea and Broad Bean Soup

This soup was as an experiment as I needed to make a warming lunch in record time, it worked out so well I now make it regularly and my whole family love it.

half a white onion, peeled and roughly chopped

2 cloves garlic, peeled

200ml filtered water

2 cups of frozen peas

1 cup of frozen broad beans

1 tsp Marigold bouillion

small handful chopped dill and/or mint

Put all the ingredients into a powerful blender or food processor and blitz until smooth adding more peas if necessary for a wonderful emerald green colour and more water if too thick.  A Vitamix left running long enough will warm the soup, otherwise heat gently in a saucepan on the stove.
